EU GREEN PAPER
The European
Commission published its long-awaited
Green Paper on labour law on Wednesday. PCG
was disappointed and alarmed by the lack of clarity in
the document and has issued some
preliminary comments giving its initial reaction.
PCG
is planning a range of activity in relation to this, which
will include a formal response to the consultation
launched alongside the Green Paper. Comments on the Green
Paper are invited in the appropriate
thread in the Policy forum.
